Dylan McMahon

BSc(ClinSc) MHSc(Osteo) MAOA 

Dylan holds a Master of Osteopathy from Victoria University and has a clinical focus on neck and back pain, sports injuries, and rehabilitation.

He brings a wealth of experience from his time with the Hawthorn Football Club (AFL) during the 2017 and 2018 seasons, where he worked as part of the club’s medical team alongside some of the AFL’s leading practitioners. A former VFL player himself, Dylan has a deep understanding of the physical demands and complexities of elite-level sport.

In addition to his osteopathic practice, Dylan has spent over 15 years working as a paramedic. This extensive frontline medical experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of injury, trauma, and the human body—insight that informs his holistic, evidence-based approach to treatment.

Dylan has built a loyal client base who value his expertise in recovery, performance, and long-term wellbeing.

Daniel Hoffman


BSc(ClinSc) MHSc(Osteo) MAOA

Daniel is a highly skilled osteopath, holding a Bachelor of Health Science / Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) from RMIT, and he brings a wealth of experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns.
Daniel has a particular interest in Lower limb conditions, back pain and sporting-related injuries.

Daniel currently works with the St Kilda Football Club and has previously worked with multiple local and VFL clubs, supporting athletes of all ages and abilities with injury management, rehab, and prevention.

Known for his friendly, collaborative approach, Daniel takes the time to understand you — your goals, lifestyle, and what you want your body to do. His treatments are tailored to each individual.
Daniel is passionate about helping people feel confident in their bodies, get back to the activities they love, and build long-term physical health.

Millie Ward

BSc(ClinSc) MHSc(Osteo) MAOA 

Millie is an Osteopath who takes a hands-on, performance-focused approach to treatment. Using techniques such as soft tissue therapy, dry needling, cupping, joint mobilisation and manipulation, her aim is to restore movement, reduce pain and keep people training at their best.

With experience working within AFL, AFLW and VFL environments, Millie has a strong background in managing sporting injuries and supporting athletes through both recovery and performance. She has a particular passion for working within the boxing space and understands the physical demands of combat sports.

Millie has a special interest in TMJ dysfunction, headaches and concussion, as well as neck and shoulder conditions, and works with both athletes and active individuals to help them stay resilient, perform and return to training with confidence.
